1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jeetbe website accessible at jeetbe.app and all associated mobile browser interfaces, APIs, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which may be requested by jeetbe at any time to confirm a Player's identity, age, or payment method ownership.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time references in these Terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means territories where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, from which access to and use of the Platform is forbidden.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the jeetbe Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of jeetbe, or of any of its software, payment, or technology partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through jeetbe or through any other gambling platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jeetbe reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your Account information promptly if any of it changes. jeetbe may at any time request supporting documents to verify the information you have provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. jeetbe will never contact you to request your password through any channel — any message claiming to be from jeetbe and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify jeetbe support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. jeetbe will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You must not allow any other person to use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. jeetbe reserves the right to suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised use or identity fraud.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential Account suspension. jeetbe does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For verified Accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Verification before withdrawal. jeetbe reserves the right to request full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes, but is not limited to, first-time withdrawals, withdrawals exceeding a threshold amount set by jeetbe at its discretion, or where account activity triggers a compliance review. Withdrawals will be held pending the satisfactory completion of any requested verification.

Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, minus any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

• Bank transfer payout: up to 3 business days
• Platform transaction fee: none (payment provider fees may apply)

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeetbe offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated period.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• jeetbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player is found to have abused a bonus offer — including through the use of hedging strategies, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal financial exposure, or collusion with other Players — jeetbe reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value unless and until the applicable Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.

jeetbe reserves the final right to interpret the terms of any promotional offer and to settle any dispute regarding bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Sports Betting

Casino Games. All casino games available on the jeetbe Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All game results are generated by certified random number generation systems and are independently audited for fairness. jeetbe does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting. Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — as well as football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available sports, are subject to the specific rules of each market. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined are void. Settlement of bets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL governing board).

Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or communication error during a game round or bet placement, jeetbe will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the relevant round or bet will be voided and any staked amount returned to the Player's Account. jeetbe is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Erroneous Odds or Prices. Where a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a manifest error (including, but not limited to, a technical fault or human error resulting in odds that are clearly not reflective of the true market), jeetbe reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount. Winnings paid in error may be reclaimed from a Player's Account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

jeetbe is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all registered Players to help them manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

jeetbe enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player who is found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all deposits returned to the original payment method (where technically possible), and any winnings forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeetbe Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, collusion with other Players, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known or apparent error must be reported to jeetbe and will not be paid out.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jeetbe Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetbe Platform — including but not limited to the jeetbe brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetbe or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jeetbe. Unauthorised use of jeetbe intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jeetbe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jeetbe implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbe shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond jeetbe's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jeetbe's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where jeetbe is found liable to you under any circumstances, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the net deposits made by you into your Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jeetbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jeetbe will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, jeetbe may also notify Players via email to the address registered on their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, jeetbe encourages Players to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

jeetbe aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (BST). Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first submission, either party may pursue available legal remedies under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
